Turkey Shroomburger

In the theme of stackable meat-filled sandwiches, enjoy this turkey-oriented stack!

You'll need:

500g Turkey Mince
4 Hamburger Rolls
3 Shallots Chopped
1/2 Onion Chopped
4 Mushrooms Sliced
1/3 Avocado
1 Can Sliced Beetroot
Lettuce Leaves
1 Tomato (sliced)
4 Slices Cheese
1 Egg (Beaten)
4 Eggs
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Tsp Chilli

To do this:

1. Combine the mince, shallots, bread crumbs, beaten egg, garlic, cinnamon and chilli in a large bowl and combine
2. Press out the mixture into 4 patties approx 1.5cm thick
3. Heat some oil in a pan and cook patties over low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Whilst patties are cooking, brown the onions in a small pan, add the mushroom and place a lid on reducing the heat to minimum.
5. Toast hamburger rolls, then spread avocado on one half, place a pattie on the other half and top with cheese, return the rolls to the grill to allow the cheese to melt.
6. Fry a number of eggs to your liking.
7. Remove burgers from grill and add some of the onion and mushroom to each, top with a fried egg, salad (lettuce, beetroot, tomato).
8. Munch down on some quality burger!
